Healing Heart Wounds

What has been showing up for people lately is deep heart wounds. This usually shows up as a hurt from a previous relationship, but when we look further, this wound we are looking at started in the person’s earlier years. I have even seen many that stem from past lives. We don’t have to carry our wounds around. I strongly believe we all have unlimited resiliency if we are willing to do what it takes to heal.

Look for heart for a wound.
Sit in a quiet place and take a deep breath. Invite your angelic helpers and ask for help.
The first person that comes to mind when looking for the hurt, is a great place to start. Remember the hurt and breathe into it. Ask for the lesson.
Now clear the residue.
Bring the energy out of your body as if pulling words or a picture of it above you, to the left in front of your eyes.
Take a deep breath and blow out in an explosive manner to break up the energy of it. Then check in with yourself by feeling how triggered you are now or by using a pendulum to see if that wound is still there. If it is, you may have another layer that needs healing before you can completely break up this one. Take another deep breath and ask yourself to show you another time when you were hurt like this. Be patient with yourself. When it comes, take a breath and feel into it for a moment. Now  bring that up in front of you and blow that explosive breath into that one. Check in now to see if it is gone. If it is, you can go back to the previous one and blow that one out.
Fill that empty space with high vibrating love. Breathe it in. My personal favorite is a pink or green light ray.  Receive healing from your angels and guides. I am sending you Reiki love rays right now. Breathe that in. Imagine yourself with a clear heart. Know that this is possible for you to be free from this old energy. I highly recommend checking in with your heart on a regular basis to heal heart wounds. We’ve gone through so much hurt in all of our relationships. It’s how we grow.

Now, without that wound, observe your energy. Who can you be now without this wound?

Sitting with yourself and checking in with your heart in this way can prove to be extremely freeing. I look forward to hearing how it goes.
